RP Resource was built to make independent contracting work better — for everyone involved. We provide a platform that allows limited company professionals to deliver services to clients under clear, compliant terms, without unnecessary complexity or risk.

We’re not an agency, and we’re not a payroll company. Our focus is structure, not sales. By giving both sides the tools to engage properly — with documentation, classification, and oversight built in — we help eliminate the grey areas that cause problems for clients, professionals, and regulators alike.

Why We Exist

The shift toward independent work in the UK has created more flexibility — but also more confusion. IR35, MSC risk, tax compliance, and audit pressure have made businesses wary of engaging skilled professionals through their own companies.
